AOT Sync (aotsync.com) is a private work system for the agents and staff of the Adam Olsen Team and The Commercial Professionals. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Who may use it

Accounts are for people who work with the two teams, on the teams’ Google Workspace domains or invited by an administrator. Keep your account to yourself; administrators can change or remove access at any time.

Using it properly

• Use AOT Sync only for the teams’ business, and only the records your role allows.
• Keep client information confidential and follow the Texas Real Estate Commission’s rules and fair-housing law in everything you write or send.
• Do not try to get around permissions, copy the system, or share sign-in links meant for someone else.

Documents and signatures

Forms and documents prepared in AOT Sync are tools for licensed professionals, not legal advice. Review every document before it is sent or signed. Electronic signatures collected through AOT Sync are recorded with the signer’s consent and a certificate of what happened.

How information is collected and used is described in the privacy policy.

No warranty

AOT Sync is provided as is. The teams work to keep it available and accurate but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
